Defy the odds and Soar in 2022

You are not limited by your challenges. The question you need to ask is, “Will I give up OR will I fight against the downward pull… and soar?” Consider the Wright Brothers. They weren’t trained as engineers, they didn’t have unlimited financial resources or any special influence. They were humble bicycle salesmen from Ohio. BUT they had a dream that they would defy the odds and FLY.

What are you willing to do to defy the odds and see your personal or professional dreams, ventures soar this year?

Here’s are some essential Vitamins I want to offer you that will help you SOAR in 2022

D – Discipline.

This is one of those character traits that I often don’t like because it implies work, BUT I know it is essential if I’ll achieve and maintain. It takes discipline to achieve greatness, and it also takes discipline to maintain greatness. Discipline is a byproduct of vision. When you have discipline in your life you can make small sacrifices in the present for a better life in the future. Discipline creates habits, habits make routines, and routines become who you are daily.

C – Confidence.

Confidence attracts confidence. People who are confident feel sure of themselves and their abilities — not in an arrogant way, but in a realistic, secure way. Confidence is a quiet inner knowledge that you’re capable. Confident people know they can rely on their skills and strengths to handle whatever comes up. People want to work with, invest in, and partner with confident people.

A – Action Plan.

Take time to sort out what steps must be taken in order to achieve your goals this year. Document it and put it in place easily accessible and visible. The purpose of an action plan is to clarify what resources are required to reach the goal, formulate a timeline for when specific tasks need to be completed and determine what resources are required.

F – Feedback.

Take time to get feedback from the people you want to serve, sell to, and/or invest in. It’s no secret that feedback is an important component of effective learning and planning. Feedback provides helpful information or criticism about prior actions or behavior to adjust and improve current and future actions and behaviors. Effective feedback is both positive and negative.

N – Network.

Take time to grow and invest in your network. You’d be surprised how often everything you need to succeed and soar can be found within your network. More often than not, you simply need to ask. This year get out there, meet new people, and look for opportunities to collaborate, partner, and build each other up.

S – Success.

Success yield success. Success provides confidence, security, a sense of well-being, the ability to contribute at a greater level, hope, and leadership. Without success, you, the group, your company, your goals, dreams, and even entire civilizations cease to survive. Define what success will look like this year then get to work to build it. Surround yourself with people who have success in the areas you want to succeed.

Conclusion

If you truly want to make this year the best year of your life, it won’t just happen. You have to be intentional about getting in your daily essential vitamins. Follow my podcast for more content that will inspire, motivate and transform your life.
